SMT recently partnered with Rockwell Automation to design a fully automated brewery that utilizes the latest graphics, touch-screen and mobile technology available.

Schulz Brau Brewing Company decided to expand brewing operations at their Tennessee facility and wanted a system that could allow easy replication of their recipes while maintaining consistency from one batch to the next.

Automating their brewing equipment is helping make this happen. Utilizing high-tech controllers, drives, graphic terminals, and integrated display computers, the customer can more easily maintain consistent brew quality, while monitoring the entire operation from a smartphone as they travel between Tennessee and Kentucky.
